New housing concept in the digital era.
An active smart-building based around 3 principles :
- an architecture adapted to new uses and practices (that have been opened thanks to a digitalisation of usages),
- the digital : an app (the digital compass) in relation with a digital plateform,
- the human : a caretaker, « space-time conductor » or « augmented » janitor

Thanks to this new approach, habitat extends, diversifies and augments itself. Living space, in big city center, gets from hundreds to thousands square meter. It facilitates exchange, mutual assistance and synergies, while being able to partly open itself to the surroundings.
