General principles Papaverdriehoek project includes numeric infrastructures which are mutualized. The same system will help to regulate energy, space sharing / occupancy and will be useful to implant services. The concierge will become a community manager in order to preserve a human link between users and digital technologies. The objective is to multiply local synergies and city intelligences (sensitive, rational, imaginative and social) in order to provide a shared and productive building.

Architecture concept model

– Continuity stripes / volume : program distributed by intertwined stripes more than by levels
- Praticable architecture : Habitable roof and wall. Every surface is a support.
- Architectural events / vernacular : Include exceptions in the rules and architectural events that produce singularities (light entrance, micro-climate…)

Private space

There are different private spaces typologies (independents, traditional families, blended families). It ables a flexibility of the shared space between different inhabitants.

Mutualized spaces

The shared spaces are adaptable according to needs. There are flexible, by their size and also by space typology, which offers an infinity of combinations.

Play with the weather (diversity of atmospheres, micro-climate according to uses / practices, changing through seasons, etc)

Our approach is not to create an ideal and uniform climate but to generate diversity by exacerbating micro-climates properties in order to produce wide ranges of atmospheres.
