General principles The project is based on our research on housing Infinity home . It is built around a mixed program combining coliving, coworking, sports equipment and a reception gallery. It is aimed at a diverse population, that generally encounters difficulties in finding suitable accommodation in Paris (budget, typology, isolation):
• Working people (young people, nomadic workers, commuters Paris – Regions)
• Single-parent families
• Students
• Families
The size of the habitat is increased tenfold by sharing the space, organized around different spheres:
THE PERMANENT PRIVATE SPHERE:
From single rooms to 4-room duplexes.
THE SHARED SPHERE AT THE FLOOR SCALE:
Provision of common areas for a small group of residents: large kitchen, living room, terrace.
THE SHARED SPHERE AT BUILDING LEVEL:
Provision of common areas for all residents: laundry, terrace, courtyard, reception, circulation and habitable staircase.
THE SPHERE OPEN ON THE DISTRICT:
Spaces intended primarily for the inhabitants of the building while remaining open to neighbors in the district: sports facilities, coworking spaces, reception gallery.

The compass, a digital app

The optimization of spaces is made possible by the development of an application: The Digital Compass. It is a technological tool that facilitates the use of spaces and exchanges between inhabitants. It is based on a platform that supports:
• Energy management
• Technical management and maintenance of the
building
• Administrative management
• Management of the use and reservation of
spaces
• Social networks, mutual aid and exchanges

The caretaker, human inside

The caretaker ensures the proper functioning of the building. He is a concierge, janitor, manager and animator all at the same time. In charge of the shared management of all activities, internal and external services, maintenance and animation of the premises, he relies on a digital platform and external resources.
Thus, the alliance between human and digital brings an optimal animation and management of the places.

Architecture

The architecture plays on the variation of atmospheres. This results in a diversity of habitat within the 1200 m2 of the building.
Private spheres are all different:
• Three through duplexes of four rooms
• Single rooms with shared or private bathroom
• Large studios
• Apartments suitable for single-parent families

The same is true for shared spheres:
• Different terraces
• Hammam or sauna
• Sports equipments
• Coworking space
• Habitable staircase
• Court

Finally, special attention is paid to materials and architectural design.
